At this time, our office has now opened for regular appointments.
Please call our office immediately if you need to reschedule an appointment due to illness or if you are recommended to quarantine.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please be aware that any individual entering our office will need to wear a face covering as recommended by the CDC.
- Be sure to brush your teeth at home.
- Plan to arrive on time to your appointment to allow for our new intake procedures.
- Please social distance while in our waiting room. Family members are encouraged to stay in their cars.
- If you have a cough, fever, shortness of breath, or have been in contact with someone currently waiting results of a COVID-19 test, please call our office to reschedule.
